    The low temperature Magnesium Oxide Powder adopts more than 93% fusing Mgo Powder as raw material. After crushing and grinding, adding proper additive, then fabricate it through high-temperature calcination.

    1 Hight temperature resistance: excellent electrical performance, under low temperature, it has low leakage of current, high security, is widely used for Heaters of home appliance.

    2 High performance of filling: good flow property, can be more denser, good thermal effects.

    3 TED-1 without Silicon Oil, is suitable for heater which is fabricated by hight temperature treatment. TED-2 and TED-3 with silicon oil, good moisture resistance, heater can be used directly without sealing. Production process is more simple and low cost.

    1. TED-1 is a low temperature powder.
    2. This kind of powder is treated without silicone oil or treated with pretty light silicone oil.
    3. Electrical Grade Magnesium Oxide is non-toxic, but with some dust. Anti-dust respirator and gloves are proposed to use during operation.
    4. Mainly used in liquid heating elements with wattage loading less than 6W/CM 2 .
    5. The elements can stand high frequency machine annealing but requires immediate sealing.
    TED-2
    1. TED-2 is a medium-low temperature powder.
    2. This kind of powder is treated with heavy silicone oil.
    3. Electrical Grade Magnesium Oxide is non-toxic, but with some dust. Anti-dust respirator and gloves are proposed to use during operation.
    4. Mainly used in liquid heating elements with wattage loading less than 6W/cm 2 .
    5. Electrical stuffed with this material are proposed to be annealed at 300℃,and don’t require sealing.
    6. Electrical Grade Magnesium Oxide should be stored in dry places, and are suggested to be used out within 6 months after delivery.
    TED-3J
    1. TED-3J is low temperature powder.
    2. This kind of powder is treated with heavy silicone oil.
    3. Electrical Grade Magnesium Oxide is non-toxic, but with some dust. Anti-dust respirator and gloves are proposed to use during operation.
    4. Mainly used for Rice cooker heating elements.
    5. Electrical Grade Magnesium Oxide should be stored in dry places, and are suggested be used out within 6 months after delivery.
